Welcome to Champion Park! Champion Park is a premier Meridian subdivision with 363 homes sites. Next door Champion Village offers luxury townhomes. HOA dues include mowing and landscaping maintenance within Champion Village. Hillview Development developed this great subdivision and gave it a unique historical aspect to Idaho. One of the principals in Hillview Development is Don Hutt. He was a gifted athlete while in High School and continued to further his talent at Boise State University and later with the Los Angeles Rams.
