My wife and I contacted Jeff at Stewart Realty and not only found a great realtor, but became friends as well. We shared our dreams of finding a home in the Boise area and Jeff guided us through the process for them to come true. While looking at older homes and new homes, Jeff pointed out all the pros and cons of each, making our decision very easy when we made the final choice. Jeff never wore the typical salesperson hat; he was calm, and even calmed us when the process seemed a bit overwhelming at times. Jeff Stewart did a great job helping us find our new home.  We relocated to Meridian from out of state and found Jeff's profile online.  We were impressed by his experience in the Meridian real estate market.  After sending him a note, Jeff reached out and scheduled a call with us and spent the time to get to know us and in particular what our housing needs were. The morning we actually met with Jeff and started looking at homes, it wasn't long before we found our house. However, we quickly discovered that there was already a full price offer on the  home. Jeff reached out multiple times to the listing agent to discover what we could do to tip the scales in our favor in a competitive bidding situation. We were very happy later that same day to learn our offer had been accepted. Jeff continued to work hard all the way through the process. Jeff was such a great realtor! He was never pushy and helped point out both good AND bad things about houses. We were first time home buyers and he brought up many things we didn't think about. You can tell he knows his stuff! He also knows a ton about home repair and gardening and offered plenty of advice. He was more than willing to work with our crazy schedules. Jeff Stewart and his secretary, Sheri truly go above and beyond in the services they offer. Our family, as well as my in-laws, have used Jeff all within the past year to make two big out-of-state moves. Jeff is incredibly easy to work with, very honest and knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile to ensure a smooth selling/buying experience. We were in communication with Jeff for months prior to making trips to the state, looking for the right home/area. Throughout it all, Jeff and Sheri were incredibly easy to communicate with and were readily available throughout the entire process. When we were not able to be physically present for home inspections, etc due to being out-of-state, Jeff was very willing to be there and look out for our best interest. We all had the utmost confidence in Jeff and Sheri, and the honesty in which they provided both us and my in-laws. When we did encounter a hiccup on the end of the buyer for the home we were selling (which was out-of-state), Jeff stepped in and helped to resolve and expedite the situation so that we would not be in danger of losing out on the home in which we were currently under contract in-state. Jeff was also extremely helpful with things that did not even pertain to the buying of our house: he offered several useful tips regarding the upcoming winter weather and what to expect, where to go to buy various necessities for our yard/home, as well as letting us know about some great fishing spots for the kids. As stressful as any move can naturally be, having Jeff as our realtor made the entire experience very manageable and pleasant. We would highly recommend Jeff to ensure confidence and honesty...Jeff is the kind of man that you would consider a friend as well as your real estate agent.

If you are looking for the best realtor, search no more!  Stewart Reality is top notch.  In a 1 to 5 rating, my husband and I would give them 10!  My husband and I just moved to the Eagle area in August, 2018.  We previously owned a 5 acre home in Meridian.  We had the pleasure of working with Stewart Reality.  In our past, we have sold three homes and bought four homes.  Never have we experienced anything close to what we experienced with Stewart Reality.  You will not find anyone as professional and ethical as Jeff and Sheri; they are a fantastic team!  Jeff not only sold our home in Meridian, but found us exactly what we were looking for in Eagle on the golf course.  Both Jeff and Sheri work very hard for you and make the whole process a very positive experience.  We could not have asked for anything more!

For 3 years Jeff kept me updated about homes and new developments close to our children and Grand kids. When a new subdivision opened within a few blocks of our son, Jeff was there to help us with building our new home. The builder was difficult to work with and Jeff always had our backs. It took 20 months from start to finish and Jeff was always there for us. We are grateful that he insisted that we have a 3rd party independent inspector to go over the property before we closed. This is our 4th new home. We had previous homes built while living out of the area or across the country and never had the problems with a builder that we had with the one in Meridian. Jeff did all the dirty work for us and in the end he personally installed the handicap hand railing in the bathroom. Not part of his job description. That is the kind of dedication he has to his clients. Thank you Jeff and staff. If you need someone that is in your corner during a moving process Jeff will be your White Knight in Shining Armour.

Jeff and his team were phenomenal.  We bought our house and sold our house with him and he was a total professional.  He used techniques that benefited us and protected us through the entire process.  We had some challenging situations and he had an answer to every problem and resolved every situation.  He was with us every step of the way and was physically there with us every step of the way.  He came to our closing and signings, he was there when we had contractors come, was there for the inspection, and was available to us whenever we needed him.  It is really too bad that there is not an option for additional stars on his rating because he deserves them.  He is honest, fair, and ethical.  He follows through on things, and always exceeds expectations.  He and his home inspector caught some things that could have cost us thousands of dollars to fix and helped us negotiate with the owners to get them fixed.  We watched him take the high road many times when others may have done something less.  We are totally impressed by him.  The communication with us and other realtors was phenomenal.  He knows the market better than anyone and made solid pricing recommendations when we bought and sold.  He was exactly right.  However, he never pushed us to do anything.  We listed where we felt comfortable and he completely supported us and helped us to get top dollar for our house we sold.  His thoughts on preparing our house to sell were excellent and his overall knowledge of the process is always right on!  He researched things out and knew exactly where we should be.  His feedback from anyone that walked through our home was extremely helpful as we tried to market it.  We have worked with other realtors and can compare him to others.  He was incredible and stands above anyone else we have worked with in the past.  Really not even a comparison.  He is patient, kind, and well respected!  We will work with him on our next real estate deal. Having the experiences we had with our last Realtor/lender combo my wife and I made a commitment to choose more wisely for our next sale/purchase. This choice led us to Jeff Stewart. It appears now that after the complete process concluded we found a gold mine. Jeff's knowledge of real estate processes and nuances provided us with very sure footing in the sale of our house (in less than 10 weeks). My wife and I are pretty confident in our ability to command needs for ourselves, however without clearly understanding real estate law we'd be out on our own. Jeff constantly reassured us of the process from start to finish. Jeff also offered a "what he'd do in our shoes" type of advice and this allowed us to relax in a stressful situation. Jeff presents himself in a very professional manner and projects himself calmly and confidently. One thing Jeff did that really surprised me was accompany my wife and I to the final signing for our house. This may be normal for you, however it was the opposite experience in previous situations. I had to ask him if this was normal and in a calm way expressed this was a 'part of the full package' deal that he offered. When we first started looking for property in Idaho we weren't sure exactly where we wanted to be except somewhere near Boise. I found Jeff's site on the internet and contacted him and I 'm so glad we did. We were living in Washington and Jeff was so willing to listen to what we were looking for and send us listings that met our criteria. When it came time for us to travel to look at properties Jeff arranged everything so we were able to look at as many places within our time frame as possible. I think the first day we traveled over 200 miles.  It took a couple of trips but with Jeff's patience and knowledge we looked at house's from Boise to Council and I think by the end of our search he needed an oil change with all the miles. I recently sold my home in Meridian. After working with another realtor that just didn't work out, I found working with Jeff to be a blessing. He was nothing but helpful, kind, supportive and knowledgeable. Jeff and his office manager, Nicole was so wonderful during this stressful time. They were always available as resources and quickly responded to any questions or concerns. They both were a tremendous help during the process and worked very hard with the bank and the buyer's realtor to make this transition as smooth as possible. After living 60+ years in Missouri we decided to move to Meridian, Idaho. It was a big decision and we had many question regarding neighborhoods, houses, subdivisions, builders, to name just a few. Jeff Stewart was very highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed. He answered all our questions and offered many helpful suggestions. He always responded promptly and never complained even though we asked to tour many, many homes on our visits to Meridian. The house we decided to buy was a foreclosure. My wife and I recently purchased our first home. A friend of ours introduced us to Jeff shortly after we had seriously begun looking for a house. At that point we had not selected a Realtor and were impressed at how much Jeff offered to help without demanding that we immediately sign a buyer agreement. We had looked at many homes on the internet, but found more value in visiting some of the listings with Jeff. As we continued searching, Jeff e-mailed us a listing of a short sale close to our area and called to see if we wanted to look at it. That evening we put an offer on the house and not long after we had purchased our first home. Jeff helped us save a lot of money, but even more he made the whole experience enjoyable. From day one we have loved working with Stewart Realty! We are first-time home-buyers and didn't know much about buying a new home. Jeff helped us every step of the way. He made buying a new home easy and understandable! We knew the housing market was on the rise and we wanted to not only find a house that was perfect for us but we wanted to get into a home FAST before housing prices went up. We started looking for homes in the middle of February and here we are in our home just one month later! Jeff was always so easy to get ahold of and always got back to us quickly if he wasn't currently available. Sometimes we would call him in the morning about a house and he would have us walking through it that afternoon! Jeff even referred us to an AMAZING lender that helped us with the loan process better and quicker than we would have even hoped. When it came time for us to buy our house, Jeff let us know everything we should do before closing. During our final walk-through of the house before closing, Jeff noticed some inconsistencies in the paint on the wall that only someone with experienced in wall-painting would notice. He pointed it out to us and made sure our seller had it fixed before we moved in. We probably never would have even noticed but Jeff wanted to make sure the house was COMPLETELY up to par before we bought it. Jeff came highly recommended to us and we are so glad we took the recommendation! We will pass forward the recommendation to anyone and everyone we know looking to buy or sell a home in the area. My husband and I were lucky enough to have Jeff answer an online inquiry when we began house hunting. He contacted us immediately and put together a list of houses that were in our price range. Our house hunting experience ended up spanning about six months because we tried a couple of short sales. I have bought and sold half a dozen homes over the course of twenty five years of homeownership (in every geographical region of the United States, with the exception the southwest) and I have dealt with a number of real estate agents, not all of whom left me with a feeling that I had received the very best customer service that could have been afforded me. Let me tell you about my experiences with Stewart Realty LLC.
Jeff actually started "working" for me and my family about a year ago (i.e., late summer of 2012), when it became clear to us that a permanent relocation to Boise, Idaho was imminent. I stumbled upon the Stewart Realty LLC website quite by chance, and found it immediately convenient for our purpose at that time, which was to "scope out" the areas of commercial and residential development in and about the Boise locale in the interest of establishing what familiarity we could, prior to our first visit (in the flesh) to the Treasure Valley (where Boise and its satellite communities are located). Honestly, I expected to be inundated with phone calls and electronic messages geared toward hurrying my wife and me into making a decision to purchase a home RIGHT NOW! To my surprise and great relief, that didn't happen. Instead, Mr. Stewart contacted me and sought only to find out what it was we needed and wanted from a Realtor at that time. He provided us with some straightforward information, unaccompanied by any of the high pressure real estate tactics we, consumers, have grown to expect and to dislike. To be specific, he set up a method of communicating information to us regarding the kinds of properties we were mostly interested in purchasing and in the areas and price ranges which we considered to be suitable) at that time. I was very impressed that Jeff never tried to persuade us to purchase a home in any particular area (or community or development, et al), but he did make every effort to assist us with detailed information based on the questions we had for him and not based on his own agenda for "what he wanted us to do". My wife and I never felt that Jeff was trying to talk us into doing or considering something we had not initially expressed interest in. For several months, he provided us with automated updates pertaining to the Boise area real estate market, including trend information, new listings (again, within our pre-determined parameter limits). From time to time, Jeff did inform us of the trends occurring in the Boise real estate market, and he did tell us that interest rates and home prices were steadily on the rise. He encouraged us to consider these facts, as they were indices of market conditions that were trending unfavorably from the perspective of the would-be home buyer. Given the potential magnitude of impact on our availability of choice (and other considerations), we regarded his urgency of communications related to the subject as timely and pertinent, and not as a means to apply pressure on us to come to our decision sooner, rather than later.
When we decided to rent an apartment upon arrival in Boise, Jeff contacted some people he knew and got us set up in an apartment complex close to the BSU campus and the Boise downtown area. This worked well for us, as we were able to establish a month-by-month rental situation with one of the nicer apartment complexes in the Parkcenter area. Jeff did not gain from the arrangement at all, other than to have secured our loyalty as his customers more solidly than had already been established.
Jeff had already been providing his assistance to us for about 8 or 9 months before we ever began the process of viewing homes with interest in purchasing a new residence of our own. Jeff's knowledge of contractor methodologies, construction materials, industry insider information (i.e., things that would be known to those who design and build new homes and major renovations) soon showed itself to be an enormous advantage to our favor, as he is well versed in the good and the bad, and the pros and cons of construction materials and techniques used in roofing, siding, plumbing, additions and renovations (et al). Jeff applied his knowledge time and again during our home search project, and was able to provide information about the properties we were investigating well beyond what might be expected from the typical real estate agent. Jeff made it very clear to us that his commitment to our customer satisfaction was of much greater concern to him that simply pocketing a commission the quickest and easiest way possible.
Jeff is a real estate industry professional who demonstrates tremendous personal integrity and strong, respectable character. He is both meticulous and honest, and doesn't hesitate to voice his thoughts, favorable or unfavorable, having to do with any aspect of a house and property under consideration for a possible offer to purchase. Today, with our real estate search over and our new home now our legal charge, we have no recommendations to feed back to Jeff regarding how he might improve his methods. We have never before been guided so carefully and with such great concern for our overall happiness and satisfaction as that which we enjoyed as clients of Jeff Stewart and his company, Stewart Realty, LLC. We endorse Mr. Stewart to you and encourage you to work with an agent who will show genuine concern for you and your family and your real estate needs. Jeff is the best of the best, as far as we are concerned.

My review gives five stars for Jeff as an excellent realtor. I have been in my house for two weeks now and can honestly say I have never been more thankful for his dedication and wisdom. I am a military member who was looking for a "starter home" that was mostly move-in ready. Jeff helped me find a number of homes I was interested in and didn't pressure me to buy a house that was out of my price range, nor did he encourage me to lower my standards. We found my house on my birthday, and it was a house that was listed much higher. He negotiated a very fair price so I could get into a house with 1000 more SQ. FT. than most homes in the same price range. The process (even with complications related to the seller) lasted just under one month! This man is trust worthy, and I would be proud to consider him both a friend and a mentor. To add to his courteous responses he also knew who to go to for the best insurance rates and quotes on local home repair, although the house was already very move-in ready. He was located a couple hours away and this didn't complicate the process at all. If I could, I would use, and may still use him in all future real estate transactions.

Jeff Stewart of Stewart Realty had our interests in mind from start to finish. His patience in the beginning of us deciding to sell our home was the main reason we started using his service and expertise. He was able to walk us through options and decisions that left no surprises. His estimate of our homes worth came out to the dollar compared with the official inspection later down the road. He kept in close contact with us through the entire process, updating us with the milestones we were meeting along the way. We appreciate having people on our side that are educated and experienced in their field to help guide us through such life changing events as selling a home.

My sister-in-law had asked Jeff to evaluate her house and mine as well since I wanted to sell mine.  When I got his estimate of what the house was worth, I was extremely happy.  As it turned out, the estimate was very close to what the house sold for. At all times he and Sheri, were ready and able to answer my questions.  They were very considerate of my circumstances.  I was not very experienced in selling a house and I had moved out of state to live with my daughter.  So, I was nervous to say the least, since this was a big portion of my husband's estate. The weekly updates and the feedback comments made things a little easier.  I would not hesitate to recommend Stewart Reality to anyone.  They are knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate.

In today’s computer age it was nice to have a Realtor with an MLS link that we could access. We were able to explore the Treasure Valley market from the comfort of our home at any time of the day or night. We were able to eliminate areas and houses without having to waste anyone’s time. Once we found an area or home we were interested in we were able to add it to a watch list or schedule a home tour with Jeff. Once under contract Jeff kept us informed throughout the process and made sure we didn’t miss any important dates. I would recommend Stewart Realty to anyone who is in the market to purchase a new or existing home.

My review may sound more like an advertisement, but that is how I feel about my experience with Jeff Stewart and Stewart Realty. From the very beginning, Jeff was professional, relational and non-confrontational. What I mean by non-confrontational is that Jeff was not pushy as some realtors can be. He clearly expressed his thoughts based upon his years of experience yet did not make us feel uncomfortable when he did express them. Jeff remained patient with us through a drawn out short sale process which, to our benefit, ended in our purchasing a different home. Jeff was always kind and courteous and respectful of our thoughts and wants, and he made my family feel like he was a part of it. I have already referred folks to him and will continue to do so. Stewart Realty has been such a huge help to us. In 2011 they helped my husband and I find a house and buy it. They helped all along the way. Jeff was honest with us with every question we had, and really listened to what we wanted. He showed us houses that weren't at the highest of our budget but in the middle. He helped us find the best starter home for us that we could start a family, and in an area that we wanted and was close to family. Three and half years later (2015) Jeff came to the rescue again in helping us sell our home. Stewart Realty gave us information about everything we needed to do to get our house ready for a sell. They kept us in the loop through the entire process of the sell. And made closing very easy for us after we had moved out of state. Our experience with Stewart Realty was exceptional! Jeff was quick to always respond to our emails, texts or phone calls. If he wasn't available Sheri would step up to the plate and make sure a communication was never missed. We felt like Jeff wasn't just about showing us homes but he took the time to look at the home, and make sure that all was in order. He is very knowledgeable in his field of work and always helped us feel informed and educated. Both Sheri and Jeff are very good to work with and they always greeted us with a smile. We worked with Sheri to purchase a house in Meridian in February/March 2015. She did an excellent job throughout the process. We found her via the Better Business Bureau and she called us back within 5 minutes of submitting an inquiry to Stewart Realty through their website. Even though she had only a few days’ notice before we arrived for our house hunting trip, she worked with us to get a list of houses we were interested in and had everything scheduled in the timeframe we needed. Even better, she adored our 6 month old son who came along, and her positive attitude in having a (sometimes fussy) baby with us reduced our stress level and helped us focus on the task at hand. She likewise showed great patience as I went through my very lengthy 2nd showing checklist for our final 3 candidates, and walked us through the offer/contract process in an organized and informative fashion. She gave us good insights during the negotiation process and gave us input into our decision making process in a respectful manner. Sheri is friendly, responsive, and flexible in her approach and is by the far the best real estate agent we've ever worked with. We were very satisfied with her service and will recommend her to others.

I can highly recommend Jeff Stewart as a professional that one should consider listing their home with.  I listed my cousin's home with Jeff as she has ALS.  He sold the home within less than 3 months and sold it for the price that satisfied us.  He even negotiated more money with the buyers.  I am from St. Louis and all transactions went smoothly.  He also has a sensitivity about him that one feels as though he understands your situation which was greatly appreciated by myself.  Thank you Jeff!  Many kudos to you and your company!

Jeff Stewart and his staff were extremely helpful and VERY patient with me in my Eagle house seeking journey. We met over the internet around 2011 and over the next 4 years [of me looking at homes and actually flying up twice to meet with him], he was gracious in keeping me updated and responding to my emails in a prompt, personal and efficient manner. Letting someone decide without pressure is a wonderful asset for a real estate broker to possess in my opinion. That quality helped my well being and decision to use only him to buy my house in Idaho; getting my job settled and selling my Laguna Beach home took time. I highly recommend Jeff as your Realtor! He first sold our house quick for more than we'd hoped, giving us great advice on how best to go about it. And then he found the perfect house for us to purchase too. Jeff was able to move quick so that we didn't have to move into an apartment in between either, which was great. Jeff Stewart is not only an awesome realtor/broker, but he is also a wonderful neighbor.  After my cousin passed away in March, 2016, my Aunt and I were faced with many challenges.  One of those challenges was selling her (my cousin’s) home in Meridian.  My husband and I knew that Jeff would be the person who would understand and be sensitive to the situation.  His patience, professionalism, and empathy were remarkable while we were faced with so many decisions. Everything came together on May 25th for the house to go on the market.  Jeff gave us ideas about any needed work to be done to the house or the yard and gave us referrals for a Handy Man, Carpet Cleaners, etc. Each step of the process was communicated by personal meetings, emails, texts, and/or phone calls from either Jeff or Sheri.  Both, Sheri and Jeff, are to be commended for their responsibilities and communication with clients. July 8th we closed on the sale of the home!  Definitely a blessing; as closing papers were signed that day! My review of Sheri in a few words would be "unbelievably awesome". Sheri has held my hand for almost 3 years while I looked at property and prepared to sell my home and buy near Boise. Through your website she constantly sent me lists of homes meeting my search criteria. Sheri countless times traveled at her own expense to scout homes and photograph and video them for me, sometimes at considerable distance from her home and your office. Sheri's knowledge of her market is second to none. When I was ready to make an offer, I relied on her instincts and judgment completely. Step by step, she navigated me through the offer and contract process, ultimately ending in a great deal for me. Along the way, I discovered and made a great friend. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sheri and Stewart Realty to anyone considering buying in the Boise area. I know they would be in the same great hands that I was.

As first time home-buyers, my wife and I could not be happier that we found Stewart Realty.  We are fairly picky, and we even completely changed the type of property we were looking for multiple times mid-way through the process. I’m sure that’s a little frustrating for a realtor.  But through it all, Jeff was nothing but patient, helpful and very honest.  He gave many helpful suggestions along the way (did I mention that we were first-time home-buyers? … we knew nothing about the process) and genuinely had our best interest at heart.  We will be contacting Jeff again the next time we need to buy or sell real estate in the Meridian area.
