When my family and I decided to relocate from Midland, TX to Meridian, ID, we knew our greatest challenge would be finding a house that would fit our needs and wants for a growing family of 5. After emailing several real estate agencies, we chose Stewart Reality. We couldn't have made a better decision. Not only did Jeff know the area very well, he was able to provide us with insight and great information. His communication was prompt; we never felt like we were three states away. Selling your home can be difficult in the best of times. Selling your home as a short sale only compounds the difficulties. Having a great Realtor made all the difference. Jeff and Nicole walked us through the processes step by step with assistance, understanding and competence. Even dealing with the bank was tolerable because of the expertise of Stewart Realty LLC. I recently sold my home in Meridian. After working with another realtor that just didn't work out, I found working with Jeff to be a blessing. He was nothing but helpful, kind, supportive and knowledgeable. Jeff and his office manager, Nicole was so wonderful during this stressful time. They were always available as resources and quickly responded to any questions or concerns. They both were a tremendous help during the process and worked very hard with the bank and the buyer’s realtor to make this transition as smooth as possible. Unfortunately my house was sold as a short sale, but Jeff made the process much easier. He had answers to questions and if he did not know the answer, he quickly found it. He worked with the bank and did the necessary foot work to make sure that everything went smoothly. I can't recommend Jeff and his team more strongly. They were a bright spot during a tough time and without a doubt, I will call Jeff when I am ready to buy again. Thank you!

After living 60+ years in Missouri we decided to move to Meridian, Idaho. It was a big decision and we had many question regarding neighborhoods, houses, subdivisions, builders, to name just a few. Jeff Stewart was very highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed. He answered all our questions and offered many helpful suggestions. He always responded promptly and never complained even though we asked to tour many, many homes on our visits to Meridian. The house we decided to buy was a foreclosure. This added extra questions and details to the closing process. Jeff handled it all efficiently and arranged for us to close on the property even though we were 1500+ miles away in Missouri. We love our home and do not plan to move for many years but if we do we will definitely call on Jeff to help us find our next home.

My husband and I were looking for our retirement home in Idaho. We lived in California, and I was searching on the internet. I reached Jeff's website and he contacted me and stated would send me houses to look at within our price range,square feet, acres, etc. Looking through the listings he sent was so much easier. We were planning to fly down and look at these but we really did not want an agent since some as we know can be very aggressive. Jeff wasn't and he was so helpful and knowledgeable of all the areas we were looking at. Behold, we found our house and now we are just loving it. It turned out to not be a big stresser for us being out of state for the closing since he kept on top of the things that needed to be done and made sure they were done.

I would recommend him to anyone!

My wife and I recently purchased our first home. A friend of ours introduced us to Jeff shortly after we had seriously begun looking for a house. At that point we had not selected a Realtor and were impressed at how much Jeff offered to help without demanding that we immediately sign a buyer agreement. We had looked at many homes on the internet, but found more value in visiting some of the listings with Jeff. As we continued searching, Jeff e-mailed us a listing of a short sale close to our area and called to see if we wanted to look at it. That evening we put an offer on the house and not long after we had purchased our first home. Jeff helped us save a lot of money, but even more he made the whole experience enjoyable. He organized everything with everyone, never pushed us into a decision, and even helped with some of the small repairs we wanted to make.

A good friend of ours told us about jeff & his true greatness for the business, we found it all to be true with the exceptional service jeff gave! Jeff has helped us buy several properties over the past years. unlike many realtors Jeff goes far beyond his normal duties as a realtor broker, most of all his integrity, honesty & business knowledge impressed us the most. I have bought many homes as a married woman with spouse to help in my adult life. This last year I found myself as a single parent trying to buy a home of my own. It was a very scarey prospect. I got online and found Jeff quite by accident. I am very thankful that I did. He found me financing and a home I love. He was very patient and kind. He also found me a great home repair specialist that has helped me with improvements at a reasonable cost. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about purchasing a home. My husband and I were lucky enough to have Jeff answer an online inquiry when we began house hunting. He contacted us immediately and put together a list of houses that were in our price range. Our house hunting experience ended up spanning about six months because we tried a couple of short sales. Through it all he was on top of everything, very accommodating with our schedules, and very open about the properties we were seeing. He was quick to point out potential problems with the properties, and very honest with our questions. If he didn't know something, he told us. He never showed us something that was above our budget and never pressured us. I loved how personal our experience with Stewart Realty was. We have just moved into our first home and we love it! It was a long journey, but it was nice to have somebody so experienced that we could trust to make that journey with us.
