Nicole Smith, Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator

Born and raised in the Treasure Valley Nicole was the daughter of a successful real estate agent and as such she was raised to understand and appreciate the importance of building trusting relationships, good work ethics and attention to details. In July of 1997 Nicole became a licensed real estate agent even while she continued her education at Boise State University. During this time she received the Re/Max President’s Club Award for earnings.

In August, 2000 Nicole married Dillon Smith and graduated from BSU’s Business Department with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing. In 2002 Nicole and Dillon moved to Northern Idaho for Dillon to finish his education in Architecture at the University of Idaho. Nicole sold real estate at Gail Byer’s Real Estate, a local Moscow brokerage for the next two years.
Since returning to Boise Nicole has broadened her already excellent real estate experience working for Boise Title and Escrow, Skyline Development and Conklin Property Management. In February of 2011 Nicole joined Stewart Realty as its primary Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator.

Nicole and Dillon have two handsome boys, Luke and Jake that have been a source of nonstop joy and learning experiences. They love living in this wonderful area, close to many family members and friends. They also have fun taking advantage of Idaho’s outdoor attractions. Practicing real estate has given Nicole the unique opportunity of helping folks call Idaho home. This has been both enjoyable and rewarding to her.

Steve Schleer, Realtor

Steve Schleer - Agent Steve brings to the Stewart Team a unique combination of professional experience and skills. He has had a successful career as an engineer and construction Project Manager for Potelco, Puget Sound Energy’s service provider. During his 15 years in this field he managed projects ranging from single family home builds, plats, multi- family and commercial developments and finally, as Sr. Project Manager, he managed municipal and state funded public improvement projects across Western Washington. The city of Duvall once awarded him a certificate of appreciation for his contribution to their Main St Improvement Project. His success can be attributed to his desire to build lasting relationships with his clients in order to achieve their mutual goals.

His experience in real estate has been personally and financially rewarding for him as well. He has successfully managed investment opportunities in real estate by either buying properties for improvement and resale or rental investment properties through his LLC . He and his wife Mary Ann currently own and manage rental properties in both Washington and Idaho, as well as maintaining homes in Seattle and on acreage west of Middleton.
